We left Hope in a drizzle heading for Alison Pass - our first major slog.Terri broke a spoke on her back wheel just inside Manning Park. We didn't have the correct tools to fix it, but we managed with the help of Alain from Sherbrooke. He's cycling from Vancouver to Montreal.
Thanks to Margaret for the Mars bars which we toasted the Alison Pass summit with!
